They are made from Solid 14 Karat Gold and set with Genuine Diamonds. We do not use Blood Diamonds (Diamonds that are mined from war zones in Africa, also known as Converted, Conflict, Hot or War Diamonds). Ladies' Sizes are available from 6 to 8 (including half sizes), and they are readily selectable from the drop-down menu. Men's Sizes are available from 9 to 12 (including half sizes), but you have to let us know of your size preference by sending an email to support@sabrinasilver.com.
